“If your future boyfriend or girlfriend has an issue wit me, they can go screw themselves.” She smirks, “I have your word now. I expect a mansion guest bedroom.”
“Hm, well I guess they’ll just have to honor it then,” he said, smiling. “Of course, by the time I’m that rich you may have a whole family I need to house.” The realization that even if he got rich, assuming it took a few decades, she would already be in her 40s or later, was a little strange.
She scoffed, “Family? Yeah right. I’m not a family person. I’m going to live alone my whole life with fifty cats.”
“So letting you have a guest room also means letting in your fifty cats?” he asked, thinking it would be…odd to have that many cats. A lot of cat fur.
She laughs, “No. I just want like…four. or five.”
“I can deal with that,” he said, glad he hadn’t agreed to house a whole zoo.
She laughs, “Awesome~”
